Bobby Bourne to be arraigned this afternoon

Accused child-killer Bobby Don Bourne, 34, Lockwood, will be arraigned at 2 p.m. today before Judge Charles Curless in Barton County Circuit Court.

Bourne is charged with first degree murder, forcible rape, statutory rape, and kidnapping in connection with the death Monday of 12-year-old Adriaunna Horton of Golden City.

Bourne is being held in the Jasper County Jail on $2 million bond.
