Online Barton County Circuit Court documents indicate public defenders Joe Zuzul and Frank Yankoviz will represent Bobby Don Bourne, 34, Lockwood, during his arraignment, which is scheduled to start at 2 p.m.
Bourne is charged with first degree murder, forcible rape, statutory rape, and kidnapping in connection with the August 19 death of Adriaunna Horton, 12, Golden City.
Bourne has been held in the Jasper County Jail in Carthage in lieu of $2 million bond.
