One to three inches of snow, possible wind chills of five below zero Wednesday

LIGHT SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE OUTLOOK AREA FROM LATE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE SNOW WILL THEN
TAPER OFF FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TO THREE
INCHES ARE EXPECTED. THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS WILL OCCUR NORTH OF
HIGHWAY 60...WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS BETWEEN THREE AND FOUR
INCHES EXPECTED ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI.
IN ADDITION TO THE FALLING SNOW...BRISK AND GUSTY NORTH WINDS
WILL RESULT IN BLOWING SNOW WEDNESDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILLS WILL
ALSO DIP INTO THE FIVE BELOW ZERO TO FIVE ABOVE ZERO RANGE AT
TIMES FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY NIGHT.
