Sikeston principal, technology director say IPads working well

Anytime I see a newspaper article proclaiming that technology is working well at a school, I always want to know who says it is.

In today's Cape Girardeau Southeast Missourian, a report on the Sikeston School District, says IPads for the students in working swimmingly. The article quotes a principal and the technology director.

No offense to those two people and the IPads may be working great, but those are the people whose jobs depend on these technology initiatives appearing to work well.

I would be interested in hearing about how parents feel about the IPads and how the students feel (and also in some off-the-record comments from teachers).

I have heard nothing negative from East Middle School. Of course there are issues here and there but nothing that causes great concern. And unlike you I actually know what's going on in the school. I know you have your "sources" (otherwise known as the students you still communicate with) and will claim different but the truth doesn't do much for your vendetta so bend it baby.
