  LIMITED EXCESSIVE COLD RISK.
  LIMITED SNOW RISK.

DISCUSSION...

  A VERY COLD AIRMASS WILL CONTINUE TO OVERSPREAD THE REGION
  TODAY. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL REMAIN IN THE SINGLE DIGITS THROUGH
  THE AFTERNOON ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI. TONIGHT...WIND CHILL
  VALUES WILL RANGE FROM BETWEEN 5 ABOVE TO 7 BELOW...WITH THE
  COLDEST READINGS TO THE NORTH.

  LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED OVER MAINLY WESTERN MISSOURI AND
  SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS FROM MID MORNING THROUGH MID AFTERNOON.
  ACCUMULATIONS WILL REMAIN UNDER ONE INCH.

  RESIDUAL FLOODING OF MOSTLY LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL CONTINUE
  ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

  WIND CHILL VALUES WILL REMAIN IN THE SINGLE DIGITS THROUGH
