    Once the position is filled, they will post for an "Assistant Supervisor of Utility/Groundskeeping" with the exact same qualification requirements to do the actual work.

    Then they can post for a newly-created "Utility/Groundskeeping Technology Liaison" position which will cover the resulting Utility/Groundskeeping facebook and twitter pages.
