Miranda Lewis, a candidate for a general seat on the Joplin City Council, had $9,975 in her campaign account at the close of the last reporting period, according to her disclosure report filed this week with the Missouri Ethics Commission.

I'm pretty sure that most people will agree that Miranda is just another smokescreen that the people of Joplin will end up having to choke from, just like they have to deal with all of the current completely incompetent Joplin city council personnel.
