A WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL
CONTINUE THIS MORNING ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND THE
  MISSOURI OZARKS.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...AIR TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS TO
NEAR 3 BELOW COMBINED WITH A STEADY NORTHERLY WIND WILL CREATE
WIND CHILLS OF 5 TO 15 BELOW. SOME AREAS ACROSS CENTRAL WILL
EXPERIENCE WIND CHILLS NEAR 20 BELOW.

* IMPACTS...FROSTBITE OR HYPOTHERMIA COULD RESULT IN A SHORT
PERIOD OF TIME IF NOT ADEQUATELY PREPARED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU
MUST VENTURE OUTDOORS...MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A HAT AND GLOVES.
