Kansas City Democrat receives threats after bill proposes changes to Castle Doctrine law
The Castle Doctrine law was never needed in the first place. It was one of the unnecessary gun owners in crisis bills that the NRA pushes every year in state legislatures.

Well, then, you should be happy our Missouri Plan selected judges have nullified it. Any actions in the legislature, even impeaching those judges, for they would get replaced by ones of the same ilk, are irrelevant.
You ought to be happy in general, aside from the fact that Missouri actually allows self-defense, concealed carry and all that, for our judges have watered down everything they can. For example, we have to assume Missouri is a duty to retreat state.
