Right to Farm Amendment going down to the wire

Amendment One, the so-called Right to Farm Amendment, is going right down to the wire.

With 3,712 out of 3,898 precincts reporting, the measure is barely passing with 481,387 yes votes, 50.95 percent, to 463,441 no votes, 49.05 percent.
