Report: Arne Duncan to be Joplin for 6 1/2 mile ribbon cutting

It does not look as if President Barack Obama will be returning to Joplin for the ceremonial grand opening of the new Joplin High School Friday, October 3, but the Turner Report has learned that Obama's Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan, is scheduled to be here.

The program for the ceremony, which will include the cutting of a six-and-a-half-mile ribbon, which will be placed around the high school and Franklin Technical Center, like the building, is still under construction, with the Huff Administration working to land as many local, state, and national dignitaries as possible.

The ribbon is designed to land the school in the Guiness Book of World Records.

Is there a world record for the most over budget, under performing, despised administration in the state of Missouri?
