Stephen Rasmussen from Jefferson City, "Rasmussen was fired from his job at Jefferson City in May of 2011, according to the news site connectmidmissouri.com. The termination came more than a year after an incident in which Rasmussen was found sleeping in his car outside his home, prompting an investigation into whether he was involved in a hit and run investigation or driving drunk, according to a report on the website. Prior to that, Rasmussen served as city administrator in Ottumwa, Iowa. According to an opinion column Rasmussen sent to the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, he is now working as executive vice president of Interim Solutions, which specializes in short-term municipal placements."
