A judge ordered a mental evaluation today for white supremacist Frazier Glenn Miller, who is charged with three counts of murder in connection with the April shootings at the Jewish Community Center in Overland Park.
Miller, from Marionville, was involved years ago in the distribution of racist literature in Joplin.
