Judge Gregory Stremel placed Westhoff, 56, on two years of unsupervised probation and scheduled a probation status hearing for 9 a.m. January 14.
Court records indicate Westhoff has completed the Substance Abuse Traffic Offenders Program (SATOP), paid $10 to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund and a fine of $116.50.
Westhoff, 56, was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol May 9.

A lot of people get suspended sentences on DWI but this is the first i have heard of that they did not have to have a ignition interlock put on their car for a year then have to pay a monthly service fee on the device he must have had Ross Rhodes for his attorney and paid him 5000 bucks
