Former Wallace-Bajjali employee: Health insurance cut just before open heart surgery

Nobody else has been able to get any money out of Wallace-Bajjali, but two breach of contract lawsuits have already been filed in Jasper County Circuit Court, including one by former finance officer Bruce Anderson, which is described in the accompanying KSN video.

Anderson's lawsuit claims, among other things, that he is owed back wages and that his health insurance was cut off just before he underwent open heart surgery even though he had paid his premiums.

Why isn't Anderson being held culpable in any of this? Gary Box as well.

I was thinking same thing. Of all people HE should of known what was going on. He was guy in charge of finances! Duh? BTW, KHOU 11 in Houston is looking for Joplin people to speak on the record. Contact them if you are interested. They plan to do more investigative stories on WB. His name is Scott Noll.

    Rut roh!

Probably should have noticed they were in an iceberg field.

Should have slept with his life preserver on and in a life boat.

But maybe the lifeboats were maybe already full of rats?

There won't be anything to get until they find a new city council full of rubes to rip off. This is what you get when you cast your lot with thieves. Should have kept your former job.
