Kander "introduces" himself in Senate campaign video

Secretary of State Jason Kander introduces himself in this video helping launch his campaign for the Senate seat currently held by Roy Blunt.

In the video, without mentioning him by name, Kander criticizes Blunt for being part of the problem in Washington.
