AN ORDINANCE approving the purchase of a property at 2727 E. 32nd Street, consisting of or 0.931 acres located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 27 North, Range 33 West, in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri and authorizing the payment of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-eight and 00/100 dollars ($180,588.00) and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving by and between the City of Joplin and Tri-State Engineering Inc. an Agreement to provide professional services for the surveying and civil engineering services, not to exceed Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($81,500.00) for the New Culvert System on Hill between Division and Mineral project in the City of Joplin, Missouri providing how the cost shall be made and levied, and containing an emergency clause;

AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to amend the Agreement with TriState Engineering for Civil Site Engineering Services to include additional stormwater improvements in the planning and coordination of the new library and associated infrastructure at 20th & Connecticut; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Amendment to the Agreement in substantially similar form; and containing an emergency clause.
