New ad: Debbie Fort, Kimbrough, Musser back Martucci
In this ad, just posted an hour ago on YouTube, Joplin R-8 Board of Education members Debbie Fort and Jim Kimbrough and retired Columbia Elementary Principal Lori Musser tell why they are supporting Jennifer Martucci's school board candidacy.
Nice. I will vote for Martucci, Koch, and Roberts. When a superintendent inserts himself so strongly into a one-year seat campaign for the Board, you know that there is something rotten in Denmark. It's past time we found out what he is so worried about. It really isn't the kids.
This ad is clearly an attack on Huff's wife and children, parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, pets, favorite tv characters, friends, neighbors, teachers, and most of all....the kids!
I work for the school district. I cannot say my name for fear of getting fired or accused of apparently harassing Huff. Quite simply, he has to go. I have watched my school degrade under his supposed leadership and enough is enough. Don't we promote schools are supposed to feel safe? Well, as a veteran teacher, I cannot say teachers feel safe here anymore. That is why it looks like we are headed for another high turnover rate here in Joplin. But that won't be publically addressed until after elections... If ever.
@8:03 I wonder the same thing. Are we going to have a mass exodus of educators? What I find troubling is that the R8 gave the teachers only until today to accept or decline their contract for the 2015-16 school year. Convenient as it is the same day as one of the most important school board elections in recent history. Coincidence? I think not. Go Koch, Martucci and Roberts !!!!!
Please, please, please vote for change. Our teachers are at their breaking points, and more and more is still being thrust upon them. We're losing our good teachers, all because data is the supreme ruler in Joplin Schools.

ReplyDeleteYou make me laugh.
Look into the Irving facebook page for plans of more redistricting! Vote Martucci! Enough is enough!
ReplyDeleteI keep wondering if most superintendents campaign for school board members.

ReplyDeleteThe Joplin School District's superintendent is a cyber bully? How weird is that. What a bunch of rubes.
