One remnant of the city's disastrous association with former master developer Wallace-Bajjali Development Associates appears to have reached an amicable solution.
The agenda for Monday night's Joplin City Council meeting shows the city is looking to enter into an agreement with New Prime, Springfield, the company that loaned $5 million to Wallace-Bajjali, who had reportedly been considering a lawsuit against the city to get its money back.
The agreement includes New Prime taking over 15 tracts of property currently owned by the Joplin Redevelopment Corporation.

I hope this doesn't mean that Wallace Bajjali crooks are off the hook? They took their millions to spent it on lavish weddings and vacations. Those two crooks must be prosecuted and thrown in prison.
