WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. * WINDS...SOUTHWEST TO WEST SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 MPH LIKELY. * IMPACTS...STRONG WEST WIND GUSTS WILL CREATE DIFFICULTY ON NORTH TO SOUTH ORIENTED ROADWAYS SUCH AS INTERSTATE 49.
