RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 4 TO OVER 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN WITHIN THE WARNED AREA. * CREEKS...STREAMS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO THE DANGERS OF FLOODING.
