All for the kids!
ReplyDeleteNo, Hal Roper's daughter, Sally Beard, is friends with all of the North Joplin Grand Poobahs; he's writing the checks at her direction.
ReplyDeleteIt appears that Hal Roper is 82 years old and Sally Beard is 66 years old. Is Sally Beard really Hal Roper's daughter - since there is only a 16 year age difference?????
ReplyDeleteYes , Hal Roper is Sally's father. I can't attest to the ages.
