* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF A TRACE UP TO AROUND A
  TENTH OF AN INCH IS EXPECTED.

* OTHER IMPACTS...IMPACTS TO TRAVEL ARE LIKELY AS ICE ACCUMULATES
  ON AREA ROADWAYS. BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES WILL BE MOST
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO ICE ACCRETION.
