Sullivan Republican discusses legislation establishing prescription drug monitoring base

In the accompanying video, Sen. Dave Schatz, R-Sullivan, discusses SB 314, the Narcotics Control Act, which would establish a prescription drug monitoring base to check the growing problems with opioids.

    Pros & Cons here; but overall badly needed to offer some help and relief.
    The 49 other states have PMP; we're the only one left.
