    This is the "conservative" manner of dealing with an issue. Spend ungodly amounts of money to bring lawsuits, seek appeals, and a final Supreme Court decision that has a 50-50 chance of favoring their side. But, By God, we are Conservatives!! Hypocritical conservatives!
