.Strong southerly winds will develop today out ahead of a low
pressure system in the plains and approaching cold front.
Sustained south winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts of 35 to 45 mph
will be possible within the advisory.

Advisory, which is in effect until 6 PM CST this evening.

* TIMING...Late morning through the afternoon.

* WINDS...Sustained south winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts of 35
  to 45 mph will be possible.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will make driving difficult, especially
  for high profile vehicles on west/east roadways where there
  will be a cross-wind.
