    Priority Based Budgeting.

    In Joplin!

    That's a real whizbang of a slogan for a name.

    Hope they don't have to pay some consultant to show them how to use priorities to make their budget.

    Speaking of consultants..... Randy look at why Deloitte and Touche isn't working for the City anymore, please. Recent change. Hopefully the new firm hired is easier to work with and not heavy handed like D&T.
