Joplin man charged with Economy Inn murder to be arraigned in trial court

A Joplin man charged with first degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the August 26 shooting death of Diamond J. Bradley, 33, Joplin, at the Economy Inn and Suites, 1700 W. 30th Street, will be arraigned in Jasper County Circuit Court 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Kosaksy Phillip, 26, was bound over for trial October 4 following a preliminary hearing.


The autopsy showed Bradley had been shot four times, including once in the chest, once in the hip and twice in the lower leg.
