Neosho city manager plans meetings to receive public input

Newly appointed Neosho City Manager Leland Butcher plans to schedule a series of meetings with civic groups, business owners and the public to receive input on what stakeholders want from their city government.

During an interview with KSN, Butcher said a major goal during his first months in office is "creating better communication with the community.
