Federal grand jury indicts Joplin woman, Galena man on meth trafficking charges

Grand jury indictments of a Joplin woman and a Galena man on meth trafficking, and possession charges were unsealed today in U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Carroll Flowers, 68, Galena and Melissa Lowry, 43, Joplin, were charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession of methamphetamine.


Lowry faces an additional charge of selling methamphetamine.

The acts allegedly took place between December 6 and December 13, 2017, according to the indictment.
