A probable cause statement filed today in Jasper County Circuit Court say witnesses indicate Michael J. Osborne, 32, not only stabbed Rockers to death, but threatened to kill him a week earlier at the same address at which the murder took place.
The probable cause statement is printed below:

There is always 2 sides to every story
ReplyDeleteNope not this time
DeleteYeah, they are all innocent. Osborne was innocent 10 years ago for unlawfully disposing of a corpse. Listening to his sister last night on Joplin News First, She was defending him, yet would not go on camera. It is time to punish these criminals and stop wasting time and resources on these thugs. Too bad they wasted all the medical expenses on Osbourne when they flew him to KC when he was nearly beaten to death. I'm sure it was all innocent or just a misunderstanding. It is a circle of violence and drugs that never ends between all these criminals. Unfortunately they continue to get support from their idiot family members that listen to excuses and b.s.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to surrender before more people get hurt including himself.
ReplyDeleteWith all the cameras around someone has to have him on their surveillance
ReplyDeleteHe roll up in r hood we will take care of dat boi!
ReplyDeleteFamily has been hiding him out. They should be held accountable for harboring a fugitive from justice.
ReplyDeleteHis family really thinks he's an innocent man? Sounds like something is wrong with the entire fam. Wow.
ReplyDeleteLock your doors
His family really thinks he's a changed man? Wow! Must be something wrong with the whole family. Lock your doors
ReplyDeleteOne life saved in September leads to one life lost in January.
ReplyDeleteLoyalty amongst these people is a mirage. Only loyal until they think you crossed em. Too many deaths and so much heartbreak and they don't see they are only destroying themselves. Meth is at the root of all of it I imagine .
ReplyDeleteStill haven't found him??!!
ReplyDeleteThere's a thing in the constitution that we are innocent until proven guilty.. So let the system do their job and prove that the dude did it!!
ReplyDeleteit is all a very sad situation period. but for you to say "waste of medical expenses"..how does that comment make you any better than all these "thugs" there is two sides to every story and unless you know and understand both maybe the immature comments should be with held. and bashing family for having love and support for family right wrong or indifferent says that people like you are nothing but petty humans making yourself look silly. Family is Family no matter what even though we may not all agree with choices it is what your supposed to do, love, support, and hell atleast wait until the man is proven guilty before you put your childish comments.praying for everyone involved in this horrible situation as well as for all you perfect people out there that like saying how horrible others are because in all honesty you are the ones that need prayer the most.
