Missouri House passes strict anti-abortion bill, now awaits governor's signature

The Missouri House of Representative passed one of the nation's most strict anti-abortion laws this morning, sending the bill to Gov. Mike Parson, who has already said he will sign it.

The bill bans abortion after eight weeks of pregnancy, with the only exception being if the mother's life is at stake. The bill, similarly to the one passed earlier this week in Alabama, offers no exceptions for victims of rape or incest.

The accompanying videos feature KMOV  in St. Louis's announcement of the breaking news and complete coverage of this morning's debate and vote.
