Accused Carthage child molester pleads not guilty

Dennis Suggs, 27, Carthage, pleaded not guilty to a felony child molestation charge during a video arraignment today in Jasper County Circuit Court.

Suggs allegedly molested a six-year-old girl July 5 at a Carthage home.

His next hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 24.

Suggs is being held in the Jasper County Jail on a $100,000 cash only bond.
