This comment is in reference to Tanya Garvin, public administrator of McDonald county. As someone who is a family member of a Ward of the state under Ms Garvin I need to say that her care for my family member is very poor.
She does not maintain contact in any way with her wards that includes contact and conversations as to their care. She just not follow States statutes on public administration of not only incapacitated adults but children.
Unfortunately there is no oversight of public administrators in Missouri so public administrators are able to bypass the laws that were put into place to protect the ward from being taken advantage of by the public administrator.
