AN ORDINANCE approving a purchase order for Six Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Forty-Six and No/100 Dollars ($651,046.00) with Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc., for the 2018 & 2019 Evaluation and Rehabilitation of Wastewater Collection System Project ; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a Real Estate Contract by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Municipal Corporation, and Vistacor Investment Group, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation, for the purchase of certain real estate for the not to exceed price of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE AND 50/100 DOLLARS ($524,839.50) more particularly described in Section 1 herein; authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute said Agreement in substantially similar form by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; amending the Annual Budget of the City of Joplin for the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 as adopted by Ordinance 2018-145 on October 15, 2018; and containing an emergency clause.

AN ORDINANCE approving a construction agreement with Jeff Asbell Excavating and Trucking in the not to exceed amount of One Million, Three Hundred Four Thousand, Five Hundred Sixty-nine and No/100 Dollars ($1,304,569.00) for the Filmore Bridge Parallel Force Main project; and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the same by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.
