Missouri reports 15 additional COVID-19 deaths, 135 newly confirmed cases

The total of COVID-19 deaths in Missouri stands at 631, according to statistics released Wednesday afternoon by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

Fifteen deaths were recorded over the 24-hour reporting period.







St. Louis County leads the state with 352 deaths, including seven added to the list Wednesday, followed by St. Louis with 102, St. Charles County 55, Kansas City 23, Franklin County 15, Jackson County 14 and Jefferson County 13.

No new coronavirus cases were confirmed in the area. Jasper County has had 19 cases, Newton County 16, McDonald County 14, Joplin 10 and Barton County none.
