Twenty-two deaths added to Missouri COVID-19 total, additional 239 cases

Missouri's coronavirus death toll grew to 418, with 22 added during the past 24 hours, according to statistics released by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services this afternoon.

An additional 239 COVID-19 cases have been confirmed, bringing the state's total to 9,341.







Sixteen of the 22 deaths were in St. Louis County, which leads the state with 220, with two others occurring in St. Louis, which has had 70.

Three deaths took place in St. Charles County, which has had 33, followed by 16 in Kansas City, 13 in Jackson County and Franklin County and 10 in Jefferson County.
