Jasper County adds 23 COVID-19 cases, number hospitalized down slightly

Jasper County's COVID-19 total increased to 1,097 today with 23 new cases added, according to statistics posted tonight on the Jasper County Health Department Facebook page.

The number hospitalized decreased from 16 to 15, while the number under isolation dropped from 169 to 162.

The county has recorded only one death at this point.

The statistics do not include the portion of Jasper County that is located in the Joplin city limits.
