Jasper County Health Department adds 94 COVID-19 cases in 48-hour period

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to explode in Jasper County with the Health Department posting statistics Wednesday night showing 914 cases, an increase of 94 over a 48-hour period.

The number of people under isolation increased from 163 to 191 during that period.








The number who are hospitalized increased from nine to 12.

The county has had one COVID-19 death. (Statistics do not include the portion of Jasper County that is located in the Joplin city limits.)
