Missouri sets record for most COVID-19 cases confirmed in one day with 958, nine deaths reported

The COVID-19 pandemic continued to grow in Missouri today with 958 new cases confirmed during the past 24 hours, the most ever in one day, according to statistics released this afternoon by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

The state's total stands at 32,248.

Nine deaths were reported, increasing the total to 1,130.
