Newton County COVID-19 total at 555 as 15 cases added

Fifteen COVID-19 cases were confirmed in Newton County since Friday, according to a news release from the Newton County Health Department.

The new cases bring the county's total to 555.

Of that total, 410 are under isolation with five hospitalized. The county has had three deaths.

One hundred thirty-eight remain under quarantine.

The Health Department news release indicates the majority of the cases are in the Neosho city limits.
