The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Missouri stands at 54,080 following the posting of 1,193 new cases by the Department of Health and Senior Services this afternoon.
The state recorded 11 deaths, bringing the total to 1,266.
The state's statistics place Jasper County 10th for most coronavirus cases with 1,208. St. Louis County leads the state with 13,478, followed by Kansas City at 6,137, city of St. Louis 4,708, St. Charles County 3,749, Jackson County 3,639, Jefferson County 1,428, Greene County 1,301, Boone County 1,259 and Jasper County.
