Twenty-one Missouri residents died of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours, according to statistics released this afternoon by the Department of Health and Senior Services.
The deaths bring the state's total to 1,301.
The coronavirus case total is at 57,379 with 996 added during the reporting period.
