Missouri reports nine COVID-19 deaths, 1,332 new cases

 

The state of Missouri added 1,332 COVID-19 cases today, according to statistics released this afternoon by the Department of Health and Senior Services.

The newly confirmed cases increase the state's total to 104,079.

Nine deaths were recorded, putting the count at 1,714.

The number of coronavirus cases hospitalized increased from 971 to 1,010, the second largest number to date.

The percentage of tests returned positive increased from 11.6 to 12 percent.
