Seventy-four COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the city of Joplin over the weekend, according to statistics posted on the city's COVID-19 dashboard Monday morning.
The city has recorded 1,247 cases.
The number of people who are being treated for the coronavirus at Freeman and Mercy hospitals remained at 63, a record high, but the number of Joplin residents hospitalized has dropped from 13 to 10.
Active cases have increased from 203 to 221, while the number of people under quarantine has grown from 379 to 409.
Joplin's death toll from COVID-19 is 23.
