(From Southern News Service)Information about plans for the November general election will be the focus of the upcoming “Newsmakers” program on KGCS-TV.
It will feature Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, who will discuss procedures for voting – including absentee, mail-in and in-person.
The show will begin airing in the evenings at 5:30 p.m. the week of Oct. 11, and will also be posted on the station’s YouTube channel (KGCS Missouri Southern) at: https://youtu.be/aYVhKfjO6ew.
KGCS programing can be seen on channel 21, and is also available on regional cable television systems such as Sparklight, Mediacom and Suddenlink Communications. The station operates as a service of the Department of Communication at Missouri Southern State University.
