Jasper County confirms 28 new COVID-19 cases


Twenty-eight COVID-19 cases were confirmed in the past 24 hours, according to statistics released Thursday by the Jasper County Health Department.

The new cases bring the county's total to 3,153.







The number of people who are hospitalized fell from 28 to 27, while the number of people under isolation went from 231 to 201.

Jasper County recorded its 41st death due to COVID-19 Thursday.

The statistics do not include the portion of Jasper County that is located in the Joplin city limits.
