The Jasper County Health Department confirmed 55 COVID-19 cases over the weekend, according to statistics posted this evening on its Facebook page.
The total number of cases is 3,249.
The number of people who are hospitalized increased from 27 to 31, while the number of people in isolation fell from 233 to 190.
Jasper County has recorded 41 deaths due to COVID-19.
The statistics do not include Jasper County residents who live in the Joplin city limits.
