I have worn a mask in public and social distanced since January. I have been overly cautious but I still caught COVID. I will be getting off quarantine tomorrow. I am still sick and have been for three and a half weeks (my first test was negative). I am thankful to have survived this sickness. Do what you can to prevent spreading the germs to others.
