Jasper County confirms 87 COVID-19 cases, total passes 7,000


The number of COVID-19 cases in Jasper County continues to spike with the Jasper County Health Department confirming 87 cases today, following two days in which more than 70 cases were added.







The new cases bring the county's total to 7,032, including 320 active cases. Twelve county residents are hospitalized, according to the COVID-19 dashboard.

Jasper County has recorded 102 deaths due to COVID-19.

The statistics do not include the portion of Jasper County located within the Joplin city limits.
